Kitchens receive a lot of attention, as they should. However, I’m here to say, owners' suites should, too. For buyers, the owners’ suite is often their “decision room”. They often start a serious discussion as to whether or not they are ready to make an offer in this space. (Ask your agents. Many agents don’t realize this until you mention it. Suddenly, they do notice and they realize just how brilliant you are!)

Navigating this key room will allow you to…

  • Highlight the difference between 'just a sale' and 'a successful sale'
  • Position the most intimate part of the house to earn its keep!
  • Recommend great updates that are budget conscious
  • Meet them “where they are” from day one

Module #8: Hidden Square Footage: Where Money Hides

Organization and storage. While not sexy, they can play a HUGE role in a successful sale. You’ll be the one who highlights this often overlooked goldmine!

Can my assistant go through this training with me?

I would encourage you to share anything that you believe would help your team provide a strong consultation to your market. However, in order for them to attend Live Office Hours, pass all the assessments and receive their own OCS® certification they, naturally, would need to sign up themselves. I don't have a big list of agent partners, will this course still help me?
